LudoSport started as a sport in Italy over a decade ago, and after several requests went international in the mid-2010's.

The sport codifies seven fighting styles (forms) for sporting light saber combat and franchises the teaching of these techniques to Academies around the world.

LudoSport can now be found in Italy, UK, France, Spain, Ireland, Sweden, Belgium, USA, Brazil, Canada and The Netherlands, and we're is still growing and "spreading the light".

Champions Arena
LudoSport organises the world competition "Champions' Arena" each year around the first weekend of December - previously it has been held in Madrid (2019) and Milan (every year before that).

This year Champions Arena is being hosted by LudoSport Sweden in Stockholm on the weekend of 26th November 2022, and several of our members will be competing or just attending the event.

There is also the annual SIS, "Scuola Internazionale Superiore" - a bootcamp training instructors to teach each form of the sport - a week of training and an exam in a luxury 4* hotel 80 miles north of Rome in the hills of Avigliano Umbro.
