We have set ourselves up as a members' club "The Midlands Sports Saber Combat Academy", trading as "LudoSport Midlands", so the full members own the club, and are liable for the operation and finances of the club.

Several of our athletes were a bit cautious about being liable for the finances of the club so we also have associate membership where the member does not own part of the club nor is liable for the finances of the club.

Full members get a bit of a discount on class/membership fees in exchange for their participation in helping run the club.

We purchased and run the franchise "LudoSport Midlands" from LudoSport International / Abridge srl.

Our instructors run the lessons on a voluntary basis, and they pay a minimal membership fee, and the club endeavours to pay towards their next levels of training each year - so they can come back and continue to teach students the next form of light saber combat.

The club holds an Annual General Meeting to review the activities of the club, and occasionally an Extraordinary General Meeting as required.
